Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from BUET, CUET, RUET, KUET, MIST or any other reputed public university only
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 18 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, monitoring progression & overall supervision of Plant Engineering Department
∎ Execute and manage focused matrix master plan for routine preventive maintenance of equipment, machines, facilities and infrastructure
∎ Assist in setting up new projects & drive the BMRE (Balancing, Modernization, Renovation & Expansion) project in the existing plant by ensuring man & material flow with due emphasis on qualification documents like URS, FAT, TS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ etc. of all new project
∎ Selection & preparation of the proposal for new equipment in the plant
∎ Ensure the readiness & fitness of the plant engineering by providing technical support for all utilities in compliance with CGMP, safety, EMS (Environmental Management System) and other regulatory requirements
∎ Conduct survey to gather field data, prepare technical construction specifications & budget analysis of all new project
∎ Ensure operational efficiencies through the true application of time and motion study, resources utilization audit etc.
∎ Coordinate with project personnel and stakeholders & provide necessary guidance on the project issues proactively
∎ Monitoring of work progress and control the work schedule properly
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 18 years job experience in the mentioned area of which 2-3 years experience in a similar position in a reputed pharmaceutical organization is preferable.
∎ Experienced in facing several global & local pharma regularity audits like USFDA, UKMHRA, TGA etc.
∎ Strong persuasion & communication skill
∎ Project management skill
∎ Critical thinking and problem-solving skill
∎ Ability to manage external stakeholders
∎ People leadership and coordination
