∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Architecture (M.Arch), Master of Business Management (MBM)
∎ Proven experience in Interior Design/Architecture/Project Management.
∎ Proven leadership, problem-solving, team-building, and presentation skills
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
∎ Strong understanding of design workflows, BOQ, material sourcing, and client handling.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
