Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise work at all levels (restaurants & hotel employees, office employees, receptionists, kitchen staff, maids etc.)
∎ Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Develop and implement security protocols for the protection of personnel, property, and company assets
∎ Coordinate with various departments for smooth logistics operations and handle legal affairs related to contracts, agreements, and disputes
∎ Plan activities and allocate responsibilities to achieve the most efficient operating model
∎ Manage budgets/expenses, analyze and interpret financial information and monitor sales and profits
∎ Communicate with customers when appropriate
∎ Collaborate with external parties such as suppliers, travel agencies, event/conference planners etc.
∎ Inspect facilities regularly and enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards
