∎ MBA / Masters degree in any discipline.
∎ Skills Required: Procurement

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and manage the overall procurement (Import) of consumable materials.
∎ Maintain purchase SOP in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company.
∎ Ensure cost effective manner while maintaining appropriate quality standards and products' specifications by minimizing avoidable expenses to contribute overall profitability.
∎ Assess the comparative statement (CS) and assist Management to select the vendors by ensuring quality & quantity of products and service level.
∎ Ensure development and implementation of standard policies and procedures following the Management instructions.
∎ Analyze trends in vendor pricing and business activity in order to assess present and future market situation to determine appropriate timing of purchase which ensure the best deal.
∎ Develop and manage relationships with the key suppliers to ensure the effective procurement.
∎ Maintain the Purchase Budget & Forecasting.
∎ Ensure execution of overall purchase (foreign) as per minimum reordering level and storage capacity of the company.
∎ Negotiate and manage cost reduction on quoted value through vendor interaction and negotiation by optimization of Quality, Quantity and Price.
∎ Ensure the product's specification in time of procurement to reduce the rejection of purchased items in order to minimize port demur-rage.
∎ Ensure effective utilization and optimization of storage facilities of the organization by coordinating with concerned department Cost Optimization.
