Job Responsibilities
- Must be very fluent in both Bangla and English and have computer skills.
- Train staff on etiquette, customer service and improve efficiency and service on floor.
- Maintain employee roster and incentive like employee of the month.
- Maintain customer relations and update the database.
- Digital marketing, campaign implementation, customer interaction, sales promotion.
- Regular food photography, new platters and menus, plans for festivals and occasions.
- Save costs and find out efficient ways of purchase and spending.
- Promotion and liaison with corporates.
- Branding and packaging for brand development and customer reach.
- Have creative ideas about content creation and product promotion.
- Event/Banquet management.
