Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be very fluent in both Bangla and English and have computer skills.
∎ Train staff on etiquette, customer service and improve efficiency and service on floor.
∎ Maintain employee roster and incentive like employee of the month.
∎ Maintain customer relations and update the database.
∎ Digital marketing, campaign implementation, customer interaction, sales promotion.
∎ Regular food photography, new platters and menus, plans for festivals and occasions.
∎ Save costs and find out efficient ways of purchase and spending.
∎ Promotion and liaison with corporates.
∎ Branding and packaging for brand development and customer reach.
∎ Have creative ideas about content creation and product promotion.
∎ Event/Banquet management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
