Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound skill about of technical knowledge of Building Construction "Fixed Assets" [scaffolding, shutter, MS pipe, Joist, I -Beam, Situ pile, Hollow Box rtc] and its mechanism.
∎ Able for planning, repairing, resizing, requisition etc of Shuttering Items.
∎ Identifying knowledge about good, malfunctioning & damage of all types Fixed Assets
∎ Planning & Requisition, Movements of Machineries & Equipment's.
∎ Searching the Manufacturing & Resourcing of Construction Assets.
∎ Ensuring Physical existence of all types of Fixed Assets, like- Office Equipment, Furniture & Fixture, machineries, shuttering items etc.by software report.
∎ Developing the controlling system of all types Fixed Assets and ensuring optimal use.
∎ Leading the team and delegate the responsibilities to the sub-ordinate.
∎ Supervising the Fixed Assets by Project monitoring team.
∎ Disposal the scrap sale through Scrap Sale committee to the vender
∎ Knowledge about rental calculation system of Construction -Fixed Assets.
∎ Reducing & controlling the "wastage & scrap" by used Fixed Assets
∎ Bill Checking [Requisition, Challan, ARR, Bill etc.
∎ Monthly Fixed Assets Report checking & justifying
∎ Making the "Fixed Asset Transfer Proposal / Decision"
∎ Co-ordination with Project In-Charge, GM, PD & Procurement time to time for various issue of Project.
∎ Attend "Monthly Project Performance & Evaluation" Meeting and discuss in terms of Inventory various issues.
