∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Architecture, Civil Construction, Construction Building, Project Management, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with engineers, architects, marketing & sales team, etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
∎ Manage day-to-day activities. Under the supervision of Management. He is responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and preparing cost exposure reports and cash flow projections, maintaining comprehensive budgets, monitoring and maintaining schedules.
∎ Manages daily staff assignments and participates in monthly staff meetings.
∎ Participates in all project meetings, takes meeting minutes and distributes to all project team members in a timely fashion.
∎ Perform any other Duties assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
