Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 19 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall Factory management, Production and process control.
∎ Production planning, Quality control, Delivery, Factory administration and maintenance.
∎ Coordinating Maintenance team and Quality control team for helping production team for smooth operation.
∎ Supervise and lead a team of production workers, ensuring maximum efficiency and providing guidance and support.
∎ Monitor and control production schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
∎ Oversee quality control processes, maintaining high product standards and meeting customer expectations.
∎ Identify and address production issues, bottlenecks, or defects promptly.
∎ Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
∎ Optimize production processes to increase productivity and minimize waste.
∎ Maintain accurate production records and reports using relevant computer / ERP software.
∎ Collaborate with the management team to make strategic decisions enhancing overall operations.
∎ Train and develop production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
∎ Assistant to purchasing materials, managing production schedule and ensuring all finished products meet the client's needs;
∎ Ensuring delivery of finished goods as per market demand.
∎ Dealt with various government organization like Titas gas, REB, T &T PWD etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven at least 10 years leadership experience in Steel, Aluminum and Building Materials manufacturing company.
∎ Worked as a factory in charge.
∎ Estimator work of medium to large scale projects within required time and cost parameters;
∎ Ensure that all OHS requirements are always met on site
∎ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions.
∎ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Commitment to quality, safety, and process improvement.
