Educational Requirements:
∎ MSc. & BSc. degree in Mechanical Engineering from any Govt. Engineering University. Candidates from BUET, CUET, RUET, KUET & DUET will get preference.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the operations and maintenance staff to ensure timely production and distribution of products within quality standards, high uniformity and optimum production costs.
∎ Responsible for overall cement plant maintenance and productivity.
∎ Monitoring cement production, packing & delivery operations.
∎ Responsible for maintaining and continuous improvements in quality standards of the cement plant.
∎ Reviewing cost parameters & ensuring process improvements and innovation.
∎ Responsible for all technical and quality audits.
∎ Providing technical support for all equipment to ensure proper functioning and protection against equipment failure.
∎ Supervise diagnosis of faults and arranging repair of equipment / machinery.
∎ Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standard procedures; complying with codes and legal regulations.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 18-20 years' engineering job experience required.
∎ Applicants must have at least 10 years experience in Cement Industry. Those who haven't worked in cement industry need not to apply.
∎ At least 3 years' experience as General Manager in any cement company.
∎ Leadership capability is a must.
∎ Sound knowledge of the cement production process including cement quality.
∎ Should have mentality to work beyond time frame.
Salary: Negotiable
