∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, Computer skill, Effective technical skills, Electrical/ Electronics, Industrial Machineries (Generator

∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production Management (Spinning), Spinning Mill Operation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Garments Accessories, Spinning
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Construction Project Management and coordination; Understanding the requirement of clients and developing projects accordingly, Coordination with the foreign client, facilitating the in-house engineering team.
∎ Construction Project supervision (Proposal, planning, coordination, progress monitoring, quality control)
∎ Clear concept regarding drawings, designs, specifications, and Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC).
∎ Applicant must have applied knowledge on design software of civil engineering (AutoCAD 2D & 3D, ETABS) and MS Word and MS Excel.
∎ Having practical work knowledge on construction site management, ensure materials quality and construction.
∎ Must be able to prepare construction project Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Material of Quantities (MOQ), Quotation, Estimation, and Budgeting;
∎ Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, and others), must be good at understanding drawings and designs;
∎ Should be able to maintain checklist, quality report, progress report regularly, weekly and monthly as per company policy.
∎ Should be able to prepare and justify sub-contractor bill as per the physical measurement of work;
∎ You will have to assume any other responsibility and maintain any other register as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be able to work hard under stress
∎ Should have supervising and evaluating quality.
∎ Ability to lead a team and must be good at teamwork.
∎ Must have experience of constructing some high-rise building in Dhaka
∎ Must have good on site management ability
