Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create and manage business plans to ensure profitability and growth.
∎ Develop and implement strategic goals and objectives aligned with the company's mission.
∎ Assist in budget preparation, manage expenses, and monitor financial performance.
∎ Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the printing industry.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
∎ Oversee the entire print production process, from concept to delivery, ensuring quality and timely completion.
∎ Oversee the maintenance and repair of printing equipment.
∎ Develop and manage production schedules to meet deadlines.
∎ Lead, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve high performance.
∎ Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
∎ Prepare reports on production, quality, financial performance, and other key metrics for upper management.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues.
∎ Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
∎ Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.
