Job Responsibilities:
∎ To makes proper service plan and execute for service development.
∎ Create service organogram.
∎ Continue communication with all types of customers and dealers for best service.
∎ Should have practical Service knowledge and Service team Management experience on AC, Refrigerator, LED TV and all kinds of home appliances .
∎ Service Team Leave, Attendance, Incentive, All Types of Bill Management.
∎ Service System Development and Help to Product Development by Continuously. Service Report Analysis.
∎ Spare Parts Arrangement by Communication With Suppliers.
∎ Third Party Service Management and Bill Checking.
∎ Continuously Service Center, Showroom, Dealer Point Visit and Take Feedback for Service Development.
∎ New Employees Selection and Arrange Training for Skill Development.
∎ Make Planning for Service Backup Spare Parts.
∎ New Service Center Place Selection, Designing, Making Budget for Decoration and Development.
∎ Contractual Technician Selection and Their Service Monitoring.
∎ Make Ensure Quality Service System, Quality Man Power, Good Service Environment and Customer Satisfaction.
∎ Design strategy and set goals for service revenue growth.
∎ Control budgets and optimize expenses against service.
∎ Ensure employees are motivated and productive.
∎ Oversee day-to-day service operations.
∎ Set service related policies and processes.
∎ Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
∎ Oversee recruitment and training of new service technician & divisional head.
∎ Direct the employee performance assessment process.
∎ Prepare regular reports for upper management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have direct job experience on similar electronics industries as service in charge.
