Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
construction, Real Estate, Building & Factory Design With 3d Visualization, Civil Engineering, Inspection Consultation & Structural Design, Operation & Maintenance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all construction work as per the projected time with due attention to rate analysis through proper market survey.
∎ Day to day supervision of constructions work with ensuring construction methodology, progress and report to the top management.
∎ Should have experience in construction of Multi-Storied Building.
∎ Manage and ensure all sorts of renovation work as per the company schedule and projected time.
∎ Supervise the repairing work of RCC frame structures, Pre-engineered building.
∎ Supervise the repairing and maintenance of all sorts of Sanitary Fittings Work etc.
∎ Deal with all sorts of Utility work.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ In-depth knowledge and experience of Utility & maintenance.
∎ Ability to manage a project independently.
∎ Sound knowledge regarding deed/agreement with landowners, clients, supplier, contractors etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ However the applicant should have experience to arrange meeting with landowners, handling clients, proper liaison with govt. & semi govt. offices as a representative of the company.
∎ Candidates from retired Army engineer's core will be given preference.
