Responsibilities & Context:

∎ Develop and execute bottling business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals
∎ Responsible for directing the business with the objective of providing maximum profit and return on invested capital; establishing short and medium-term objectives, plans and policies
∎ Plan, direct, and control the activities of the bottler to accomplish budgeted financial objectives in terms of cash operating profit, economic profit and volume targets established by the Managing company and the Board
∎ Put in place infrastructure to maximize returns on investment in relation to the invested funds, while ensuring that market demands are exceeded through superior sales service, production planning to meet the sales requirements, while increasing profitability and productivity within the bottler
∎ Supervise, guide, and delegate executives in their duties. Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are clearly communicated. Assess, manage, and resolve critical developments and crisis situations
∎ Develop and establish operating policies consistent with broad policies and objectives & ensuring their adequate execution. Appraises and evaluates the results of overall operations regularly and systematically
∎ Maintain positive and trust-based relations with business partners, shareholders, and authorities. Building and enhancing the company's public profile at events, speaking engagements, etc.

∎ Role Overview & Key Responsibilities:
∎ We are looking for an experienced leader to oversee business operations and provide strategic leadership. The General Manager's responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans and company policies, maintaining an open dialogue with stakeholders, and driving organizational success.
∎ To be successful as a General Manager you should be able to manage and advance a business's strategic objectives. Ultimately, an outstanding general manager is an exceptional leader, drives a company's strategic visions, and is adept at crisis management.
