Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Civil Engineering ( BUET/CUET/RUET/KUET)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring the Overall project in all over the country
∎ Preparing construction plan and follow up the plan.
∎ Should have practical Knowledge on basement construction, fair face concrete construction, piling, monitoring the site development.
∎ Monitor the site supervisor, bill checking and measurement book .
∎ Understand building plans, sections, elevations and structural drawings.
∎ Monitoring contractors work progress in quantity and quality.
∎ Quality checking of construction materials.
∎ Ensure timely completion of works as per schedule.
∎ Ensure safety arrangement (fire, security, men & material) of construction site.
∎ Ensure Site Health, Safety, Environmental issues
∎ Must have the experience in Govt. Sector ( Such as PWD, LGED ) will be preferable.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Govt. Department ( PWD will be preferable) ,Real Estate, Architecture Firm
