Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards.
∎ Provide technical expertise and guidance on civil engineering matters related to high-rise buildings, bridges, roads and highways & other construction sites.
∎ Monitor project progress closely, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from the plan promptly.
∎ Implement effective project management practices to optimize productivity and ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
∎ Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with technical standards and project requirements.
∎ Conduct regular site visits to assess construction progress, resolve technical challenges, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
∎ Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, project managers, and construction personnel.
∎ Implement rigorous quality control measures to uphold construction standards and specifications.
∎ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout all project phases.
