Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc / B.Sc in Civil Engineering.
∎ Any recognized certification related to Civil Engineering will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Engineering, Construction, Land Development, Project Management, Project Operation, Project Planning

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall project operation, resource management and project completion;
∎ Planning total project, work schedule, manpower, equipment requirement, etc.;
∎ Setting up work supervision management system for the whole project and ensuring proper supervision of all works through project team;
∎ Maintaining coordination with different designers (architect, structural engineers, plumbing engineers, electrical engineers, etc.)
∎ Maintaining liaison with the stakeholders;
∎ Visiting the construction locations and ensuring smooth operation;
∎ Ensuring the quality of work as per the designs and specifications;
∎ Ensuring BOQ analysis;
∎ Ensuring quality, quantity and optimum & cost effective use of required construction materials;
∎ Ensuring and implementing the Project Safety Plan;
∎ Ensuring Quality Control as per the Project Quality Plan including material inspection;
∎ Maintaining proper documentation by PMP and other means to ensure progress report;
∎ Preparing Monthly Work Program or schedule as per Master Work Program of the project;
∎ Coordinating the efforts of various workers in order to ensure project accomplishment;
∎ Identifying faulty works and workmanship and taking corrective action;
∎ Guiding site engineers for keeping proper record and documentation.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the management.
