Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree in chemistry/Master's Degree in Agriculture/MBA/Master's Degree under any discipline.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To run the organization under the supervision of Managing Director and Board in all aspects of business like production, marketing admin, supply chain work etc.
∎ To prepare budget and set yearly target for the company and make it approved by the Board and achieve the budget within time frame and monthly and quarterly assessment of the same.
∎ Making plan for continuous supply of raw materials for the production with timely opening of LC, release of goods from the port and making production plan.
∎ To ensure the achievement of sales target of the company with the help of marketing team and make effective plan for marketing and selling of goods in all over the Bangladesh.
∎ Keeping track of new market innovation, new products, company competitiveness with the market and world.
∎ To ensure the procurement of competitive raw materials (high quality with low price) from different sources.
∎ Maintain confidentially of the production process, documentation, marketing plan, products sources etc.
∎ Making good liaison with the different regulatory authorities regarding factory operation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years as GM/COO/DGM/ Deputy Chief Operating Officer/ in any large company.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Commercial, Market Research, Planning.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Gentle and pleasant personality
∎ Excellent communication skills both spoken and written in English and Bangla.
∎ Must be skilled in the use of computer including MS office (specially advance excel)
∎ Should have very good interpersonal skills.
