Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree with MBA from a reputed institution

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build, train and develop a strong Call Center team (both in- & out- bound);
∎ Implement “Single Hotline (10606)” strategy by analyzing and upgrading call center technology & processes for optimum result;
∎ Design outbound campaigns and up-sell/cross-sell of services with the aim of acquiring/retaining customers - achieve conversion/ ROI targets;
∎ Regular auditing to ensure smooth & personalized customer experience;
∎ Analyze call center data and prepare reports for Labaid management;
∎ Develop monthly, quarterly and annual call center goals and action plans.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 48 years
∎ Minimum 10 years of Contact Center experience (min. 05 years in leadership role) with large Call Center, BPO, Telecom or Service companies;
∎ Project experience with clear understanding about Call Center technologies expected;
∎ Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both English and Bengali;
∎ Strong leadership and analytical skills;
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
