∎ Should be from Freight Forwarding industry holding experience into.
∎ Should be able to manage sales team.
∎ Should be able to work on import & export shipments.
∎ Should be able to Computer Knowledge min. of Excel, Power Point & Mail skill.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To prepare of marketing plans for assigned product groups including existing and new products.
∎ Follow up with clients, maintain reports & records.
∎ Manage and develop logistics staff.
∎ To prepare of promotional materials of assigned products.
∎ To generate of innovative ideas to change improvise and develop promotional strategies and programs.
∎ To Develop and preparation of product manuals and training manuals for the assigned portfolio.
∎ Business Plan in advance as desired by the CO.
∎ Reporting as per norms weekly / Daily/ Monthly.
∎ To train down the line to develop their skill.
