Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Inventory Management：Import goods, Manage warehouse inventory.
∎ Office Environment & Logistics：Maintain office cleanliness and hygiene; coordinate cleaning services.
∎ Manage corporate vehicles.
∎ Administrative Support：Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and handle general inquiries.
∎ Coordinate employee travel arrangements (flight/hotel bookings, visa assistance, expense reimbursements).
∎ System & Data & Reporting：Operate company management system, Generate business reports (e.g., Marketing ,sales performance, inventory analysis).
∎ Financial Coordination：Review employee expense claims and collaborate with the finance department to process payments.
