∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Erp software, Leadership and Good Communication skill.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Counseling, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Service, Face-to-Face Customer Support

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acquiring new patient relationship, enhancing existing patient relationships and retaining patients relationships.
∎ Creating value for Patients over long term, happy patient less likely to become disloyal, competitive advantage over competitors.
∎ Build, train and develop a strong Call Center team (both in- & out- bound);
∎ Implement "Single Hotline (00000)" strategy by analyzing and upgrading call center technology & processes for optimum result;
∎ Design outbound campaigns and up-sell/cross-sell of services with the aim of acquiring/retaining customers - achieve conversion/ ROI targets;
∎ Regular auditing to ensure smooth & personalized customer experience;
∎ Analyze call center data and prepare reports for BHSH management;
∎ Develop monthly, quarterly and annual call center goals and action plans.
∎ Act as a counselor, has to maintain the professional ethics while providing counseling services to the patients and their facilitators.
∎ Counselor has to prepare a plan of personal development under the guidance of the supervisor and the consultant.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Relevant work experience in a similar role is preferred.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali, both oral and written.
∎ Solid knowledge of office procedures, strong organizational skills with problem
∎ solving attitude and etiquette.
∎ Capacity to maintain confidentiality of information about patient, staff and any
∎ other personal information.
∎ Experience of working in a team and ability to work with people at all levels both
∎ inside and outside of the organization.
∎ Proficient standard hospital equipment skills.
∎ Proficient in holistic healthcare systems of international standards.
∎ Can do ability / "Anything to anybody to anywhere" approach.
∎ Smart and good looking, Modern and Global citizen behavior mind set.
∎ Ability to departmental business planning, budgeting, running, staff management, KOLs engagement.
