∎ Minimum M.Sc/ B.Sc in Architecture from any public engineering university/Institutions.
∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD

∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Developer, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Overseas Companies, Real Estate

Job Context:
∎ ANALYSIS/ PROBLEM SOLVING: thoroughly thinks out and evaluates alternatives and recommends the one that best meets the business and professional need of the situation regardless of personal biases
∎ WORKLOAD MANAGEMENT: works with little direction and supervision.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducts self in an appropriate manner as a representative of Space Concepts Engineering and Architectural Consultancy, works effectively in a diverse work environment.
∎ Prepares project brief, conceptual design of various types of projects and work with other team members to prepare the architectural construction drawings and documents.
∎ Performs design and construction management skills during the project's life cycle.
∎ Prepares technical reports, progress reports, special studies for the projects.
∎ Participates equitably in the development and implementation of the Division/project goals and objectives. Strives to achieve the goals of the organization for diversity and disadvantaged business enterprises participation
∎ Prepares and makes presentations to various groups, governmental and private organizations and interest groups, as required
∎ Coordinates architectural design efforts with civil and MEP design and systems
∎ Prepares tender analysis report and negotiate with contractors.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates should have through knowledge in Auto-Cad
∎ Should have Experience in Building & Factory design
∎ COMMUNICATION: excellent written and verbal communication in English, organized thought processes, polite and respectful of others, adapts presentations to the audience
∎ CONCEPTUAL THINKING: applies common sense, theory and experience to decision-making
∎ INFORMATION SEEKING: identifies key sources of information; systematically obtains information through research.
