∎ AGC Spinning Mills Ltd & SN Spinning Mills Ltd. is a reputed Export Oriented Spinning Mills located in Bhulta, Gausia, Narayangonj is inviting application for General Manager from the deserving candidates.
∎ Job Location: Bhulta, Gausia, Narayangonj.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Plant Operations & Maintenance
∎ Strategic Initiatives / Technical Textiles Division
∎ Oversee daily operations of the business unit or organization.
∎ Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business.
∎ Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports.
∎ Provide direct management of key functional managers and executives in the business unit.
∎ Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.
∎ Overall In charge for Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering & Process excellence by ensuring process effectiveness and efficiency in all Production area.
∎ Experience on Planning for Spinning Project
∎ He will have to maintain proper coordination with related departments/sections and ensure timely production of Yarn as per production planning with due consideration of quality.
∎ Monitor Issuing materials against approval requisition and ensure control through established internal control procedure.
∎ Main Responsibilities of this position is ensure materials accurate storage including materials quality, Issuance material, materials wastage control, materials supervision, store and deliver all materials
∎ Participate in formation of factory layout, manpower and material availability for capacity optimization & Plan lay-outs of Workstation and new equipment / machinery as per Lean.
∎ Daily follow-up of production team in the factory.
∎ Supervise the operations of manufacturing personnel to ensure a manufacturing process is within schedule.
∎ Follow up on the production rates of the production lines.
∎ Follow up to the required conclusion and its validity and conformity to the specifications required with quality management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have certain working experience as 05 years General Manager of Companies.
∎ Knowledge on business particularly with manufacturing, distribution and service facilities.
∎ Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Good interpersonal skill and strong communication skills (oral & written) in English.
∎ Sound Computer knowledge i E-mail, Internet, word and excel is must.
∎ Able to work under pressure, team Work, negotiation skill.
∎ Managing ability with problem solving & analytically skills.
