Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters In Management/Public Administration / from any recognized university.
∎ PGDPM / PGDHRM from BIM Shall be given priority. Master in Public Health Shall be an added Value.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contribute to make a long-term strategy which achieves organizational mission.
∎ Formulation plans and policies, rules & regulation guidelines of the company related to Administration of the company approved by the board from time to time.
∎ Assist in developing programs, organizational and financial plans under the leadership of
∎ the Managing Director.
∎ Give direction to take initiative for disciplinary proceedings against employees as per
∎ service rules and other regulations of the company.
∎ Monitor activities related to estate management, logistic as well as general services of the
∎ company.
∎ Place working paper in consultation with the Managing Director for items need approval of
∎ the Board.
∎ Closely monitor the existing security system and up gradation of the same from time to
∎ time.
∎ Give direction to subordinate officers and other staff for smooth operation of the daily
∎ activities of the directorate.
∎ Carryout Annual Performance Appraisal of the employees under his/her control.
∎ Carryout any other duties as directed by the Managing Director from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least Five years of experience in the Senior level position in Hospital & Lab will be preferred.
∎ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
∎ Excellent oral & Written communication skills with strong command in MS Excel & MS Word
∎ Ability to remain, objective and professional in challenging situations.
