∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Office Administration
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Context:
∎ Shall be the In-charge of Administration
∎ Based in Head Office

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To control and supervise the overall management of all current & upcoming administrative, security and logistics issues of head office.
∎ To keep records of company assets and properties
∎ To coordinate, liaise and manage daily activities for office maintenance
∎ To initiate, facilitate, and promote activities to foster security awareness within the head office and peripheral units.
∎ To control, repair and maintain all transport vehicles and office equipment
∎ To take account of all admin related expenditures and settle all type of administrative bills.
∎ To handle/manage security guards and their periodic duties
∎ To plan, conduct & develop security measures and safety issues
∎ To keep the higher authority updated from time to time.
∎ To monitor logistic staff attendance, distribution of duties and replace in the event of absence.
∎ To ensure and implement any instruction/order of the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
