Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and oversee the overall accounts operations of the Group.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, management accounts, and statutory compliance.
Supervise budgeting, cash flow management, financial planning, and internal controls.
Ensure compliance with applicable VAT, tax, Companies Act, and other regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.
Monitor the financial performance of different business units and provide strategic recommendations to management.
Lead and develop the Accounts & Finance team and ensure effective implementation of policies and procedures.
