Educational Requirements:
∎ An ideal candidate should have Master degree from any recognized university preferably from Science or Commerce Background.
∎ Degree on Industrial Engineering / Footwear Technology will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for team development, performance, talent reviews and recruitment
∎ Responsible for total office operation to execution with efficient planning and on time delivery.
∎ Responsible for ensuring proper working conditions & compliance requirement at work place are maintained
∎ Responsible for prepare & submit necessary reports required by the management.
∎ Overseeing daily business operations.
∎ Developing and implementing growth strategies.
∎ Training low-level managers and staff.
∎ Creating and managing budgets.
∎ Evaluating performance and productivity.
∎ Analyzing accounting and financial data.
∎ Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
∎ Generating reports and giving presentations.
∎ Lead and develop Bangladesh sourcing strategy to offer maximum competitive advantage for the company
∎ Review existing supply base to address sourcing gaps, ensure that the supply base developed is competitive and appropriate for quality standards, prices and lead time.
∎ Plan capacities with suppliers for production.
∎ Ensure that goals and objectives are set and formally reviewed regularly with clear key performance measurements and expectations
∎ Working with supply chain and wider business to deliver 'best in class' systems and processes
∎ Being an effective people manager providing leadership, coaching and support as necessary to meet individual development goals and develop a strong global succession plan
∎ Be aware of the market movements, trends, competitors' activities etc and ensure relevant guidance and direction are provided to the team in UK and Asia.
∎ Work with logistic providers to co-ordinate shipments and timely follow up of documentation

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Merchandising, Sales Marketing, & Office managing ability -5 years (including)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Garments
∎ Should be pleasant personality and should be smart and well groomed
∎ Having good knowledge in modern production operation methodology. Proven experience within a best practice global sourcing/operations management
∎ Expertise in change and project management
∎ Should have strong commercial flair and business acumen - must have a clear identifiable track record of success and achievements
∎ Best practice principles in Corporate Responsibility in global supply chains.
∎ Excellent leadership, technical, human relation & conceptual skills
∎ Capable to take cost effective strategic decision in favor of the company.
∎ Should be familiar with Customer Relationship Management
∎ Should have keen sense of punctuality along with ethical and professional responsibility.
∎ Should have advanced knowledge in MS Office & other computer applications
∎ Good analytical ability, good communication skill in English - both written & verbal are must.
∎ Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills.
∎ Fluent in English and Excellent written skills
∎ Good interpersonal skills.
