∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ The Applicant must be a B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any recognized Public University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business development, Project Management, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry, Developer, Multinational Companies, Real Estate

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having 15-20 years practical experience in construction management.
∎ Power Plant, Large Industrial,/Commercial Project.
∎ High skill in English writing/speaking. Knowledge in computer essential.
∎ Capable of sourcing sub-contractors, handle contractors, workers, clients and other stakeholders.
∎ Good knowledge in civil design-drawing and handle the project independently.
∎ Must have experience in civil construction works preferably large/industrial/commercial building construction.
∎ Must be very hard working, loyal and honest with initiative & drive.
∎ Position for immediate appointment

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Profit share
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Company car available for executing project works, business development and other benefits as per company rules. Festival bonus will pay upon confirmation.Job station will be Dhaka based with frequent site visit.
