∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): CAT, Engine management (MWM), Office Management, Sales Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve the organization's goals and objectives. This involves identifying opportunities for growth, market expansion, and innovation.
∎ Operations Management: Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of the organization. This includes managing resources, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficiency.
∎ Financial Management: Creating and managing budgets, financial forecasts, and financial performance analysis. Responsible for achieving financial targets and profitability.
∎ Support to the Managing Director in formulating the yearly organizational budget and overseeing cash flow management.
∎ Team Leadership: Leading and managing a team of department heads and employees.
∎ Providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure a high-performing and cohesive workforce.
∎ Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations. Expanding the organization's customer base and market presence.
∎ Communication: Effectively communicating the organization's goals, strategies, and performance to stakeholders, including employees, customers, investors, and the board of directors.
∎ As part of Management on behalf of Managing Director and Chairman he has to play role as result oriented.
