Responsibilities & Context
Perform inline, mid-line and final AQL inspections (AQL 2.5 / 4.0)
Check fabric, trims, stitching, measurements, color, wash & shrinkage as per tech pack
Review patterns, samples (Proto / Fit / PP / TOP) and give clear comments
Coordinate with factories/vendors for corrective actions
Maintain QC reports, measurement sheets & documentation
Ensure on-time quality approval before bulk shipment
