Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Full Stack Web Developer (Web, Mobile & ERP) to maintain, enhance, and scale our Website, Mobile Applications and ERP. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PHP, Laravel, database optimization, and system integration, along with solid knowledge of modern web development practices. This role requires a problem-solver who can collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality, efficient, secure, and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain and upgrade Jolshiri Abashon and associated websites.
Develop new websites and web-based applications as required.
Regularly update website contents, notices, photographs, documents, project information and other digital contents.
Develop and maintain an online grocery/e-commerce platform for Daily Needs Super Shop, including product/Order management, shopping cart, inventory and customer management.
Integrate online payment gateways, SMS, email, notification and other third-party services.
Develop and maintain Android/iOS mobile applications using Flutter or other suitable cross-platform technologies.
Gradually develop customized ERP/MIS modules for the organization, including HR, vehicle management, inventory, project monitoring, reporting and other operational requirements.
Design, develop and maintain databases, APIs and admin dashboards.
Manage domain, hosting, server, SSL certificate, database, backup and deployment activities.
Monitor website/application performance, security and availability.
Identify and troubleshoot software, website and application-related issues.
Maintain proper source-code version control using Git/GitHub/GitLab.
Prepare and maintain necessary technical documentation and deployment instructions.
Ensure regular data backup and support disaster recovery arrangements.
Assist management in digitizing existing manual processes.
Perform other software development and ICT-related tasks assigned by the authority.
