Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide customer support and follow up the leads
∎ Identifying and assessing visitor's needs to achieve satisfaction
∎ Manage the inquiries, forward to the concerned department
∎ Have to handle each & every client with care and sincerity.
∎ Handle critical customers with effective and gentle communication skill.
∎ Telesales / Telemarketing / Appointment settings for specific client over the phone on a daily basis as per instruction.
∎ Manage outbound/inbound calls to Customers across the country in a timely manner.
∎ Should have good convincing skill and excellent sales skill.
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
∎ Perform every call actively to solve client's problem.
∎ Must be knowledgeable about Social media (Facebook), email & web chat.
∎ Any other responsibility directed by Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have clear and smart voice tone.
∎ Experience in Reception, Customer Support, Front Desk, and Marketing activities.
∎ Must possess good manner and patience to handle visitors/clients.
∎ Convince and impress visitors and convert them to clients.
∎ Good Telephonic manner and excellent interpersonal skill.
∎ Have to be proactive, self-motivated, diligent and good commonsense.
∎ Basic Computer Skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Good listening skill and analytical skill.
∎ Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
∎ Willingness to work in any shift/ roster.
∎ Personality: Friendly, cheerful, helpful and smart.

Salary: Tk. 8000 - 12000 (Monthly)
