∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Front Desk executive, Hotel front desk, Hotel Management, hotel reservation, Receptionist/ Front Desk
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Ensuring proper customer care.
∎ 2. Handing telephone calls, walk-in guests and inquires.
∎ 3. Handling guest registrations, reservations.
∎ 4. Operating NICE PMS in a quick and efficient manner.
∎ 5. Communicating with housekeeping, restaurant and food and beverage department department.
∎ 6. Handling all guest related transactions.
∎ 7. Perform all other assigned or requested duties assigned by management.
