Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet and welcome visitors, delegates to the offices, convey/ reminder messages to concerned department and maintain visitor’s register as well.
∎ Management of PABX and responding to all incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner & forwarding to related person,
∎ Management of courier, mail dispatch service etc.
∎ Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
∎ Ensuring an uninterrupted telephonic service.
