Job Context:
∎ We are looking smart Office Executive/ Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist`s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
∎ To be successful as a Front Office Executive/ Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. This role may require working in extended period of time as needed, so flexibility is a plus.
∎ Ultimately, a Front Office Executive/ Receptionist`s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office and check-out tasks.
∎ Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
∎ Respond to clients' complaints in a timely and professional manner
∎ Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
∎ Ensure front office/reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. laptop, pens, forms, brochures, etc as provides)
∎ Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
∎ Ability to Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
∎ Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (laptop, logbook, cc camera access, issue visitor badges etc.)
∎ Update calendars and schedule meetings
∎ Issue Gate Pass as needed
∎ Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, faxing and general works

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have smartphone (Based Android/IOS) with minimum 2GB Ram
∎ Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
∎ Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. PABX (Intercom), photocopier machines, printers etc.)
∎ Professional attitude and appearance
∎ Smart and convincing personality
∎ Capability of understating organization culture and work accordingly
∎ Excellent communication and organizational skills
