Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attain all visitors and solve their requirement or inform to the concerned persons
∎ Summarize reports received from all departments and submit on time
∎ Responsible for dispatching couriers/mails and keeping a record
∎ Manage logistic issues of the department;
∎ Maintain a safe and secure work environment;
∎ Coordinate repair and maintenance of office equipment;
∎ Maintenance of Attendance Report/ registrar
∎ Handle day to day administrative matters of the organization
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management from time to time

Salary: Negotiable
