Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a qualified Front Dext Executive to manage a team of representatives who will offer excellent customer service and after sales support. To be successful as a Front dext Executive, you should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a professional appearance. Also have to work over the phone call, texting, Chatting in social platform.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with Customer side regarding all issues of Production Machinery.
∎ Attend phone call of existing clients to solve any issues/ queries and make phone call to potential clients for promoting the products.
∎ Work with a view to attaining potential role as action leaders in production processes.
∎ Welcome visitors and notify the appropriate personnel of their arrivals.
∎ Follow-up instruction of department head.
∎ Work as information, Help Desk & Client Service Desk Officer
∎ work ethic & the desire to learn and grow with the company.
∎ Support the management and administrator

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Smart, proactive, energetic, hard worker and result oriented
∎ Good knowledge of active directory, file server, print server
