∎ H.S.C / Bachelor
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving patients/customers at the front desk by greetings and welcoming them courteously and appropriately.
∎ Prepare patients/customers invoice by software and forward proper record to accounts department.
∎ Maintaining patients/customers records, keeping notes and passing them to the proper authority.
∎ Responding to calls professionally and forwarding incoming phone calls/messages to related persons.
∎ Keep up to date with all officials/ business contact numbers.
∎ Ensure that the front desk is neat, presentable and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms and papers.
∎ Maintain and upkeep the reception area.
∎ Announcement office notice and all other information to patients/customers.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the reporting Manager when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Skills Required: Computer Skill
∎ Experience Requirements: At least 2-5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Front Desk / Reception / Counter
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply. Females are strongly encouraged to apply.
∎ Candidates having relevant work experience in Hospitals/ Clinic/ Diagnostic are strongly encouraged to apply.
∎ Should be honest & reliable, smart, sincere, good looking and dedicated towards work.
∎ Excellent communication skills with strong sense of responsibilities.
