Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
∎ Answer customer queries, screen handset issues, and escalate problematic handsets to engineers while providing basic information to customers when needed
∎ Data entry
∎ Receive and sort daily deliveries/couriers
∎ Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, mailing, etc.
∎ Good communication skill

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Care, Face-to-Face Customer Support
∎ Fresher's are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Need to be self-motivated and must present a can-do attitude.

Salary: Tk. 8000 - 11000 (Monthly)
