Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing customer inquiries
∎ Identifying and assessing customer's needs to achieve satisfaction
∎ Responsible for administrative support functions and coordination
∎ Process & keep record of all incoming and outgoing correspondence, visitors log, documents etc.
∎ Manage incoming and outgoing calls through PABX system and handle front desk operation with proper care
∎ Keep the database up-to-date of all contact information.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Reception, Front Desk.
∎ At least 01 year of relevant experiences in the similar job.
∎ knowledge on MS word, MS excel, and software handling
∎ Good telephonic manner and excellent interpersonal skill.
∎ Experience in PABX operation and front desk management.
∎ Must be prepared to work under pressure & a good tolerance limit is necessary.
∎ Have to be well groomed, pro-active and self motivated, Diligent and good commonsense
∎ Must possess good manner and patience to handle people.
∎ Candidate must be well versed in corporate attire, etiquette and culture.
∎ Well understanding capacity and have knowledge of customer service management system.
