∎ Additional certification in Office Management is an added advantage but not required

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Public Relation Companies

Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome visitors by greeting them courteously & appropriately, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
∎ Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
∎ Maintain security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, magazine and brochures)
∎ Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
∎ Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
∎ Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, etc.
∎ Provide protocol service of Managing Director as and when necessary
∎ Perform any other assignment as required by the management
∎ Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing documents and others transactions through postal/ courier services of dispatch section;
∎ Distribute the documents / courier / parcel to the concerned with their valid signature in the dispatch register;
∎ Keep the official seal, business letter head, envelop etc in the locker;
∎ Assist HR & Administration department in terms of recruitment and other logistic supports;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 27 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be smart and well groomed with pleasant personality
∎ Professional attitude and appearance
∎ An amiable personality.
∎ Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
∎ Energetic and polite in manner with positive personality
∎ Customer service attitude
∎ Excellent organizational skills
∎ Solid written and verbal communication skills
∎ Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
∎ Self-driven and must possess can do attitude
∎ Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised
∎ Must be very fluent in written and oral communication- both in English and Bangla
∎ Good computer literacy such as MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Net browsing, mobile applications, etc.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
