∎ Must be well disciplined, well dressed, punctual and well behaved.
∎ Receiving calls from customers.
∎ Handling customer complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
∎ Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a busy environment.
∎ Self-motivated and self-learner.
∎ Ready to work under pressure.
∎ Good Communication skills both in English & Bengali.
∎ Pleasant and friendly attitude.
∎ Proficient in office applications like MS word, MS Excel & must have good typing speed.
∎ Ability to navigate through software applications.

∎ Age 20 to 35 years
