Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet and greet visitors from all levels of seniority, notify company personnel of visitor arrival and ensure visitors feel welcomed
∎ Maintain visitor logbook and update information in excel
∎ Issue visitors' pass for assigned floor(s) and guide visitors if needed
∎ Issue temporary ID cards for employee(s) and keep detailed records
∎ Assist the ECM team with recruitment and on-boarding processes
∎ Provide administrative support to Finance team by communicating payment related issues
∎ Ensure birthday cards and chocolates for employees by providing requisition to Procurement team in advance
∎ Control the music systems in reception, canteen, and café area
∎ Keep detailed records of lost and found items
∎ Receive and relay internal / external messages and phone calls
∎ Schedule reception area meeting rooms as per request
∎ Assist employees with in-house doctor's appointment and medical bill submission issues
∎ Ensure the reception area is always neat and presentable
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years' work experience in the relevant field
∎ Having prior experience in front office management will get preference
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships while working as a team
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart, and energetic
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ IT proficiency - advanced level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
∎ Ability to multitask and remain organized, meet deadlines
