∎ Bachelor Degree in any discipline from any reputed Institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Air Hostess, Cabin Crew, Front Desk, Hospitality Management, Reception

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
∎ Ensure reception area is tidy and organized in perfect manner.
∎ Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
∎ Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
∎ Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access.
∎ Monitor visitor's logbook and issue visitor card.
∎ Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
∎ Assist HR team regarding interview, joining and exit formalities.
∎ Execute other official task, assigned by management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum Height for Male-5'7"
∎ Good Knowledge of office management procedures and systems
∎ Fluency in communications both in English and Bangla
∎ Good health and perfect eyesight
∎ Sense of responsibility and proactive attitude
∎ Pleasing personality
∎ Systematic approach towards duty
∎ Good appearance and pleasant voice
∎ Positive attitude and self-motivated
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Good computer knowledge, specifically on MS office applications and different types software base work.
