Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with visitors, clients, and colleagues.
∎ A friendly and customer-focused approach to handling inquiries and assisting visitors.
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain a neat and orderly workspace.
∎ Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
∎ Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing the company in a positive light.
∎ Accuracy and attention to detail when handling administrative tasks and managing records.
∎ Ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and effectively, finding solutions to problems as they arise.
∎ Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and assist with tasks outside of regular responsibilities.
∎ Respect for the confidentiality of sensitive information and discretion in handling confidential matters.
∎ Prior experience in a similar role or in customer service/administrative positions is preferred.
