∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Applicant prior experience working at hospital front desks will be given preference.
∎ Computer literacy is required.
∎ A thorough understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
∎ Duty Time: 12 Hours (Day/Night)
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Answer incoming telephone calls, assist callers, take messages and provide information.
∎ Welcomes guest by greeting, answering questions, responding to requests.
∎ Handle patients/visitors in a proper and polite manners.
∎ Cooperate with the employees of all departments.
∎ Update and maintain information and program tracking.
∎ Keep a record of visitors with name, address & contact number
∎ Maintain log for all incoming and outgoing letters/ emails/ documents and dispatch to appropriate staff/persons.
∎ Receiving customer queries and forwarding them to the concerned department.
∎ Identify patient correctly by name, hospital ID and age/ date of birth for delivery report.
∎ Provide information to the patients regarding medical report services of the hospital.
∎ Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material.
