Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain good environment & welcome everyone politely
∎ Phone call receiving, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices.
∎ Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary
∎ Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets
∎ Oversee sorting and distribution of incoming mail
∎ Prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
∎ Operate office equipment, such as photocopier, printers, etc.
∎ Organize bookkeeping and issue invoices/checks
∎ Record meeting minutes and dictations
∎ Perform inventory of office supplies and order what is needed
∎ As a online shop front desk executive must have to maintain product upload process
∎ Must handle daily expenses, bills and regular papers
∎ Vendor management, calling, mailing & texting
∎ Customer caring and support even after office schedule time.
∎ Live presentation in some cases
∎ Social media management while needed
∎ Taking care of company inhouse products
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 19 to 27 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Very good communication skill
Salary: Tk. 12500 - 15000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance
