Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall Front Desk Management
∎ Welcome visitors, keep their details and handle them in a professional manner.
∎ Respond to all telephone calls incoming/outgoing using PABX and maintain register.
∎ Update contacts and mailing database
∎ Maintain dispatch and receiving of surface mails and maintain register
∎ Maintain general filling system and file mailing correspondence
∎ Maintain office store, keep records
∎ Maintain security by following procedures; issue gate pass, challan etc.
∎ Ensure a good flow of internal and external communication
∎ Maintain employees attendance record
∎ Keep message of the officers/staffs in their absence
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be very good in verbal communication
∎ Have good voice and patience
∎ Able to use PABX
∎ Able to work under pressure in multitasking environment
∎ Sound knowledge on Microsoft Office specially on Microsoft excel
∎ Good typing speed in both English & Bengali
∎ Highly dedicated to assigned job.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary may be negotiated for deserving candidate.
