Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving visitors / customers at the front desk by greeting and welcoming them courteously & appropriately and Answering phones;
∎ Maintaining visitor & customer record, Keep notes and pass them to the proper authority & maintain and upkeep the reception area;
∎ Responding calls in a professional manner & forwarding incoming phone calls/messages to related person;
∎ Maintain & monitor meeting room & event inside office premise;
∎ Distribute all kinds of incoming letters/goods/parcel/ sample/bills etc & keeping record;
∎ Receive/ disburse all kinds of incoming/outgoing letters/goods/parcel/ sample/bills from/to related courier company representatives;
∎ Assist Admin related job as and when necessary;
∎ Keep up-to-date with all official / business contact numbers;
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
